Chandra-Li Paul 

Chandra-Li Paul is the Secretary-Business Agent for IATSE Local 411. As a founding member of Local 411, Chandra-Li worked on numerous productions under the Production Coordinators collective agreement prior to joining the Local’s office staff 11 years ago where she has served as their Operations Manager, Vice President and now Business Agent. 
In her role as Secretary-Business Agent, Chandra-Li is responsible for the negotiation and administration of collective agreements with Producers and Production Managers, securing work opportunities for the Local’s membership on prospective film, television and new media projects, advertising and promotion of the Local, acting as a liaison between appropriate governing bodies, the production community and the Local, serving on relevant industry committees, addressing member’s concerns and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the union office.
Chandra-Li is also the IATSE’s Representative to the Canadian Labour Congress Solidarity & Pride Working Group and Human Rights Advisory Committee as well as the Solidarity & Pride Vice President for the Ontario Federation of Labour.
Chandra-Li has an honours diploma in Audio Visual Techniques from Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology, School of Communication Arts.
