Film and Television
The “Safety Guidelines for the Film and Television Industry in Ontario” and “Child Performers Guidelines” have been drafted by the Section 21 Film and Television Health and Safety Advisory Committee and endorsed by the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development. These guidelines have been developed to assist people working in the film and television industry and are intended to be referenced in conjunction with the relevant Legislation. These Guidelines are also posted on the Ontario Ministry of Labour website and, along with “Safety Guidelines for the Live Performance Industry”, they are also available in French.
